Time needed: 30 – 40 min

Ingredients

–        1 lb. pork sausage
–        2 packages crescent rolls
–        1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
–        6 eggs
–        ¼ cup milk
–        3-4 stems fresh rosemary
–        Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown sausage completely in skillet.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and press into 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Put sausage on top of crescent rolls.
  5. Mix eggs with milk and pour over sausage.
  6. Top with cheese and then rosemary.
  7. Bake 15-20 min until eggs are cooked and set.
