Time needed: 20 min

Ingredients:

–        2 lbs. frozen cubed potatoes
–        ½ cup chopped green onions
–        ½ cup butter
–        2 – 15 oz. cans cream of mushroom
–        1 – 15 oz. can cream of chicken
–        1 pint ½ and ½
–        Bacon bits
–        Grated cheese
–        1-2 cups milk

Instructions:

  1. Thaw potatoes
  2. Sauté onions in butter for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add soup cans, bacon, ½ and ½, and potatoes.
  4. Heat gently; stir occasionally.
  5. Add milk; simmer slowly.

Serve with cheese.
