Time Needed:  10 min

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 block of feta cheese (crumble yourself in a separate bowl)
  • Cavender’s greek seasoning

Instructions:

Drizzle olive oil in a shallow dish/plate so it covers bottom.  Add your tomatoes, green onions, crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle greek seasoning generously over top.  Mix all ingredients gently and serve with sliced french bread or baguette.
